English as a Second Language-ESL
Adults unable to speak English are taught survival English, as well as how to read and write English, by a volunteer tutor or classroom instruction.

Basic Literacy
Adults are taught to read and write English from entry level through fifth grade. The program is available year-round through one-on-one tutoring or classroom instruction.
